Sign-making: Wednesday at 10 pm in Union
Posting signs on lawn: Thursday 8 am - 8 pm
Landmine display in Union: Thursday 9 am - 4 pm
Letter-writing night: Thursday 10:30 pm in Union Cubbyhole Meeting Tuesday: Bring datebook to plan retreat at Matt Lind’s

Projects in Progress:

1. Landmine day Post signs in the yard every 22 minutes symbolic of what happens to mine victims -sign up sheet to put signs in ground
-make signs Wednesday night
- Brooke and Janna to get supplies
-Kirsten to talk with Clay Shetler about the feasability of yard signs
Booth in union with info and postcards to send
-sign-up sheet to stay with booth
-Chad and Grant to arrange postcards and stampage

2. Letterwriting night
Focus on Landmine and Disney abuse issues
Meet in cubbyhole at 10:30 so as not to conflict with ISC in KMY or Advocates
Matt Lind will provide bread as a snack

Issues discussed: We are going ahead with Club Status.

Other Ideas thrown into the mix

-MCC UN conference in New York
- Mara and Grant are planning to go, space limited
-Dances of Universal Peace
- Espri will contact those necessary and get back to us
-Pax Retreat at Matt Lind’s
- bring date book next week to establish a date
-Future Letterwriting Topics - Global Greening Treaty, situation in Hebron, MAI agreement that would give corporations more power to manipulate governments
-SEAC Conference in PA this weekend in the Allegheny National forest.
-Peace Forum Sept. 24 - hold letterwriting afterward for people who learned about School of americas can do something about it.
