On Saturday, September 29, student activists from all over the Northeast will descend on the campus of Harvard University for peta2's Take Action conference—a jam-packed day of workshops led by peta2 staffers covering a variety of topics, from starting a student group and making your campus more animal-friendly to dealing with friends and family who aren't exactly supportive of your decision to get involved with animal rights. The day will finish with a massive demonstration outside a local KFC, with peta2 staffers leading the protest!

This will be a unique opportunity to meet your fellow Street Teamers, other peta2 supporters, and peta2 staff, so be sure to register now to reserve your spot! We want to meet all the amazing folks who are making big changes at their schools and in their communities. It only takes a $5 donation (to cover food costs), which includes catered lunch from T.J. Scallywaggle's Vegan House of Pizza! Everyone in attendance will also receive as many leaflets, stickers, and posters as they can carry to help spread the word back at home.
