August 10th-18th at Columbia University in New York City, The Climate Campaign is bringing together the best northeast student organizers to build the energy/climate movement for the coming year. Come for as much or as little as you can! During these 9 days, we will have:

Skills and Issue Trainings: New York Times editors, professional activists, foundation directors, climate scientists, energy advocates and more.
Campaign Planning Sessions: refining state network goals with other state leaders, planning state summits for the fall, doing outreach to new groups, building the coalition and more.
Fun Activities in New York: free concerts in central park, poetry slams, an arts festival downtown, communal cooking, frisbee/soccer/lounging in the park, and more.

We did this summer training and strategy session last summer and it was really successful. The students that came learned valuable skills, had a lot of fun and became state and regional leaders in the campaign. Space is limited, so Register ASAP! All students who want to work on these issues and build the movement are welcome!
