I am writing to invite your organization to an exciting and innovative event that will be coming to DePauw University next Tuesday, Febraruy 22.

The event is entitled "Red Hot Embers". It is a Chicago-based art exhibit that examines the impact of Western-imposed AFrican debt and it subsequent impact ont he increasing spread of AIDS.

The opening reception for the event will take place on Februrary 22, from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm in PEELER AUDITORIUM. Following, will be the first public viewing of this shocking and educational exhibit. During the reception, Nikki Pressly, who is one of the artists, and Darlene Gramingna, who is an expert on the African debt, will both be speaking and sharing a few words with the audience.

I hope that you and members of your organization will be able to attend this event. Attached are publicity flyers for the event, which you are more than welcome to post around your school. If you have any questions, please feel free to email myself or Juliana Odetunde (). Thank you very much and I hope to see you at DePauw!
