African People's Solidarity Day is a series of events across the U.S. in solidarity with the worldwide movement for African liberation. The events will raise money for African-led development programs building sustainable electricity infrastructure, water purification systems, independent media and community health worker training across Africa.

Speakers will give presentations on conditions facing African people everywhere and how you can get involved with solutions led by

African people themselves.

Mfanelo Skwatsha, National Executive Secretary of the Pan Africanist Congress of Azania

Chernoh Alpha M. Bah, Director of the Africanist Movement

Gaida Kambon, National Secretary of the African People's Socialist Party

Ivory Muhammad, President of the International People's Democratic Uhuru Movement

Pierre LaBossiere, Haiti Action Committee

Penny Hess, Chairwoman of the African People's Solidarity Committee and author of Overturning the Culture of Violence
