CSSC is growing quickly. Sustainability campaigns on campuses are gaining momentum. There is no better time than NOW to lead the way for change!

Event Description
CSSC Convergences are the statewide gatherings of the California Student Sustainability Coalition - an event where community is fostered, skills are built, resources are shared, and life is celebrated! Join us for our next Convergence at UCSB, Friday Feb 29-Sunday Mar 2, 2008!!!
Hear Congresswoman Lois Capps and other inspiring speakers at the opening session.
Learn about and get involved with our work for social equity, sustainable food systems, sustainable endowments, the Campus Climate Challenge, Green Initiative Funds (TGIF), the Education for Sustainable Living Program (ESLP), and more!
Gain new skills for becoming more personally sustainable, such as building a worm bin or managing your inbox more effectively.
Advance your organizing skills with training in media or network development.
Wrap up the day with dinner, music and other social events into the evening.
