Are you a young person ages 13-18? Tired of seeing injustices all around you? Fed up with being mistreated because of your age, race, sexuality and/or gender? Well, come to the YO!, an 8 day social justice training camp for and by youth.
Who is SYPP?
The YO! is a youth leadership program of Seattle Young People’s Project (SYPP)! SYPP is a youth-led, youth-driven, organization that empowers youth, just like you, to express themselves and take action on the issues that affect their lives. We are made up of mostly young people of color, low-income youth, and queer youth fighting for justice in our communities. SYPP provides the tools, resources, experience, and support to effectively contribute to progressive social change. And we are dedicated to supporting youth led projects which resist all forms of injustice and oppression.
